Peaceful Sleep

I am not a fan of the smell. The first night I think it helped me but after that I haven't noticed any difference. I am going to see if it helps my daughter.

I have been using this blend for 4 weeks. I believe it truly has helped me sleep deeper and my body is really resting better. I have quite itchy legs as I sleep and it keeps me awake. I have not been waking as easily and sleeping more since using the blend . I’m so grateful for this roller bottle next to my bed.

Honestly I don't have a difficult time going to sleep most times, but I wanted to know if it would still be a benefit for me. I have used it every night for over 3 weeks and I find that my sleep is much deeper and more restful. When we can get into a deep sleep our bodies heal and repair so much better during this time. It will become a part of my restful sleep pattern for sure.

I don’t know what’s in this, but it sends both of my young children into a deep sleep on nights that they are restless! I would definitely recommend if you need help in the sleep department!

The sleep essential oil blend Jamie makes does work! Previously, I would go to sleep around 10, have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Most nights I’d wake and stay awake from 2-4. Since I started using this oil blend, I sleep all night! It’s definitely a game changer!
