Refund and Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and its original packaging. Unfortunately, opened items are not eligible for a refund. We will also need proof of purchase/order number.

To request a return - fill out the contact box or email jamie@simplirooted.com with RETURN in the subject.  Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES OR ISSUES:

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Please contact us immediately if there are any items damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct the mistake. 

EXCEPTIONS:

Unfortunately, gift cards or custom blends are not eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS: 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund on your original payment method. Please know it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
