Shipping and Tracking

Orders are usually shipped 3-4 business days after order is placed. There are some exceptions:

*During sales; in which fulfillment takes longer due to overload of orders. 

*As a small business owner, in which we may not be able to ship in a 3-4 day window due to a personal and family situation. 

In all other situations, shipment will be made as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. 

TRACKING

You will receive an email with your tracking information. There will be a tracking number where you will be able to see the status of your package. Once your package is received by the postal carrier, they are responsible for the transportation and safe delivery of your package and Simpli Rooted LLC has no control of your package.
